Nyasam of Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam

I want to know the Nyasa vidhi of Sri Vishnu Sahasranama, when "amrutamshudbavo banureti beejam, then the keelakam, paramo mantrah, then shaktih, astram etc. I want to know which parts to touch and with which fingers for performing this nyasam cited above.

Learned people of this site could kindly help.

Generally:- Rishi on top of the head, mantra in the mouth, devata in the heart, bija in muladhara or genetals, shakti in feet, kilaka and kavacha in shoulder joints, astra by clapping index&middle fingers of right hand on the palm of left hand.

But nyasa for the vishnu sahasranama may be slightly different and vary based on sampradaya. Best to learn from a sva sampradaya guru.
