Why postings in Abrahamic religion forums are closed?

Why is that the postings in Abrahamic forums is closed? Any particular reason? Is it possible to reopen it?

I believe it was mostly used for religion bashing (especially in the Islam subforum). Since all god and religions are ultimately one, I imagine that the admin wanted to stop all of us hotheaded haters from accruing bad karma by insulting the gods and religions of other people. :p

Yes, in a word grief. It is a place where tempers have reigned supreme. It was to be a place to compare and contrast ideas to
sanātana dharma but this notion eroded quickly.

So, as with children a 'time out' has been called.
