**Bathing location would be at any of the holy sites also known as Tirthas. But you can say you want to do it near the mountains if that floats your boat.

My answer would depend on which point on the Ganga you're talking about. From what I've heard Ganga is extemely polluted in the plains, but gets purer in the mountains. Perhaps you can tell us which part of Ganga before we answer the poll.
