I found this site when googling some information on Hinduism and have been reading here for a while now and decided to become a member. I am glad to have found this site and I appreciate the vast array of topics!
There is so much information that it is rather overwhelming! But I suppose, like any journey, it is a matter of taking one step at a time. :-)
Currently I am exploring Raja Yoga and also want to learn about Hatha Yoga. I have a strong interest in meditation as well. I was introduced to the Om mantra and I very much enjoy it and am looking forward to learning more about mantra.
I also have an interest in astrology and would like to learn more about Vedic Astrology. I was recently surprised to discover that in Vedic astrology I have an Aries Moon and not a Taurus Moon as shown in western astrology. I also learned about my Nakshatra and would like to understand more about it.
I look forward to getting to know people here and learning more about Hinduism!
