I don't think your efforts will be of any good because TN in last 50+ years has been continuously riddled with anti Sanskrit sentiments. In addition present geopolitical situation in Lanka has done the worst damage. That attitude has been continuously fueled by all political parties.

So I can convincingly say you can not expect any positive difference with your effort but for being termed as Paarpan by them.
