I was looking for pooja procedure of the Devata Vishwaksena. I got the below mentioned link. I am able to understand most of mantra using Sanskrit dictionary .

I vaguely understand that the place of the temple and a particular date is described here. Could anyone translate this Sanskrit text.

do sankalapam holding your left palm horizontally, close with the right hand vertically and keep on you right thigh ..
