Namaste,

I was going through Sri Skanda MahaPurana and it is mentioned in it that Lord Shiva told Sri Rama a 'Gita'.Does any one know the name of this 'Gita' and in which scripture it is present?

Namaste,

I dont know the Gita told in skanda purANa, but there exists a Siva gItA in padma purANa told by Lord Siva to Lord rAmA. In bengali version (containing 7 khaNDa-s) it is in uttara khaNDa while in south Indian version (consisting of 5 khaNDa-s) it is in pAtAla khaNDa.

You can find entire Siva gItA here (http://www.mahapashupatastra.com/category/shiva-gita)

Namaste Amrut Ji,

I think the shloka in Sri Skanda MahaPurana was referring to this 'Shiva Gita' of the Padma Purana, narrated to Sri Rama by Lord Shiva .Thanks Ji for the link.:)
