Namaskar Gurujanas,

I would like to inform all that tomorrow on the 18th July '15 ie. Shanivara,Dvitiya Tithi,Shukla Paksha,Ashadha Masha we will be observing Sri Jaggannath's Rath Yatra. Lord Jaggannath is one of the roopas of Shri Krishna and the Rath Yatra is a festival celebrated in most parts of India especially Puri,Orissa.Lord Jaggannath (Shri Krishna) along with his Elder Brother Shri Balaram (Dau Bhaiya) and sister Shubhadra will go to their Masi Bari (Aunt's House).

Once again,A very Happy Jaggannath Rath Yatra to all the members.May he shower his blessings on us. :)

This is Jagannatha Ratha YAtrA season,

Pull the ropes tied to Jaggu's cart to take Him to Vraj from Nilachal (this is the sentiment)
Push the cart to take Him to Vraj faster
Walk with Jaggu
Sing Arati -- jagannAtha swAmi ~ nayana pathagAmi ~ bhavatu me ~
O Lord of the Universe (JagannAtha) , please always reside in the path of my vision (eye-sight)
Finally take Him home quietly, don't say "Bye, see you next year"

My sweetest Jaggu

Those who do not know the story of appearance of NIla MAdha i.e. Shri KRshNa with brother Baldev and sister SubhadrA in Puri, must read it. Mystical.
Why are the 3 siblings wide-eyed?
Because they accidentally overheard the Vraja gopis discuss His glories, beauty, pastimes, nature ... non-stop while missing Him (as He was in DwArkA).

Today Jagganath Ji will pretend that he has a fever and will stay for another 7 days in his Aunt's Home. :) This is his Leela.

Jai Jagannath Mahaprabhu

This is a very spiritual festival which ISKCON conducts all over the world. However, for maximum participation, it is conducted on different days in different cities. Some examples,
