Namastey,

I have been suffering through Varicose Vein problem from past 3 months. But the Varicose veins problem has increased day by day. I had even visited a specialist last month. Initially I felt nice but later the same old story started. I have also met people practicing mediation, healing and Reiki. But still Meditation is an slow process I feel. But even the tablets are also sometime effective and sometimes no results.

I had contacted an holistic consultant for this problem and she replied to me stating for Varicose Vein problem is associated to Muladhara Chakra. I know the science of chakra therapy but not so much in depth about each chakra.

But I want to know whether healing and consultation is will benefit me or not? Even I will be grateful if anyone shares their experience on such type of healing.

Dear friend ,
In sahana mere contemplation does not lead to healthy state, nor concentration on different chakras . Sadhana always is associated with asana , pranayama , mudras , and right sathwic food. After reaching a certain state may be they are not needed. What I suggest to you is ---you can do padmasana , mandukasana , pranayama to keep the body in a healthy state . You can take 'Gingkobiloba' an aurvedic herb which has a homeopathic preparation 5 drops in an ounce of boiled and cooled water thrice daily for 3 weeks.

Namastey Bhaswathy,

Thanks for your suggestion. I will surely try this. You mean to say that Holistic healing will not benefit me as per http://www.rudraksha-ratna.com/varicose-veins.html ??

Yes , my dear friend ,
To go in to deeper sadhana , healthy body is equally important . Hence even rishies were engaged in yoga asanas , pranayama and sathwic food When they go beyond all initial hurdles they might have discarded them . Here when I suggest these rituals , I mean ordinary motrtals. Do pranayama and see how much change it brings in life in general and sadhana in particular . It is said '' pranayamairdaheth sarva doshan.''

Namastey Bhaswathy,

Thanks for guiding me. I have knowledge about Sadhana but never implemented for any kind of disease.

dear friend ;

Unless one is healthy one can't do any sadhana seriously. In fact many asanas help the awakening of kundalini also . Some asanas like sarvangasana ,help in this direction. Sarvangasana improves the functioning of blood circulatory system ,respiratory system digestive system thyroid gland all very important for the healthy state of body and mind.Liver disorders ,intestinal disorders, asthma , diabetes ,varicose veins insomnia all cured . Body and mind are inter dependent. If one is weak , the other automatically becomes weak . A good sadhana , if it has to be fruitful needs strong body and mind.
