if someone dead, what bhakta of shakta will do to pray for dead people's happines? for dead people can birth in Heaven of Mata.

Shakta would be too broad a word to describe the group you have in mind. There are many orthodox brahmins (smarta's) who worship various forms of goddess as their Istha Devta as per tantric prescriptions and are thus shaktas.

Many Tantrikas who follow the left hand path (vamachara) use the word "Kaula" to describe themselves. They believe that love for one's partner (female partner for the male) to be a service to devi. The wife or partner is thus a living form of goddess and loving her is loving goddess.

I would advice you to try search out articles written by sri Amritananda natha saraswati of Devipuram. He is one of the few authentic gurus of the vama marga (left hand tantric path). There are many fake tantrikas who abuse this path for their own greedy purposes. I was fortunate enough to have darshan of sri amritananda twice and believe him to be a great sadhak. It would be wise to follow a genuine teacher and his views on the subject and hence I am refraining from further comment on this topic which I have no right as such to speak about.

The shakti sadhana yahoo group has quite a few posters who are initiated into left hand tantric marga, it you be better to pose your questions directly to them.
