Namaste

Some time ago I came across the advertisement of a Yoga seller, who invited to a seminar called ‚Blindfold Yoga‘. I learned, Blindfold Yoga is an extreme intensive Yoga. And as this is not enough the session was lead by a Yoga teacher, who went blind in youth. Blindfold Yoga lead by a blind Yoga teacher is the optimum of experiencing Yoga.

Now I heard about Goat Yoga, again thinking it is a joke, I asked google and had to see that it is real.

Was there ever a word misused and commercialised like Yoga? What will come next?

Namaste,

People fly (or at least try to) with all kinds of emotional support animals to sooth their nerves; why not have goats during yoga to make you calmer?

Some more oddities,

Oh, I love America, the land of inventors and our 'most stable genius'.

Regarding the oddities

They travel with their animals, but do not call it peacock or turkey Yoga.

Goat Yoga is for fun. Don't do Yoga around speedy little animals. Not particularly safe. Just do it for a fun experience. Engage postures that are very stable, so that when the little guys jump on your head, you don't twist and pull a muscle.
