When Jews and Christians end their prayers, they say 'amen'. Muslims say 'amin'. Wiccans and neopagans say 'so mote it be' or 'blessed be'.
What do Hindus say?

It depends, yet I look to the Upanishads and how most end:
oṁ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ
Also puja and yajya end with this invocation. Now why the triad? Why not say peace 4 times or 5 or 7? It comes back to saṅketa or symbolism of the 3 worlds:
Bhuh , Bhuvah, Suvah¹ - considered 3 vyahritis or sacred utterances.
also written:
Bhur भूर् - from bhu becoming being existing , produced i.e. creation is brought forth
Bhuvah भुव
Svah स्वः (some write Swar)
Bhuh is this world ( the material level)
Bhuvah is the mid-region, some say sky - antariksham
Suvah is the next world.
Bhuh is the Rik
Bhuvah is Saman
Suvah is Yajur
Bhuh is fire Agni
Bhuvah is Vayu
Suvah is the Sun
Bhuh is prana
Bhuvah is apana
Suvah is vyana
pranams.
1. Taittiriya Upanishad, 5th and 6th anvaka; yet the 7th anuvaka says all this is pankta or 5 fold. More on this if there is interest.
