I know that it results in fearlessness as it fulfills our insecurities(makes us feel that everything is under control...we have the power of choice), puts us at the phase that we experience right after we experience our desires....satisfaction.
However, it is not the truth. As according to Kundalini Yoga, it is fully activated at the heart chakra and according to Neti philosophy, "not this, not that," rules love out.

One reason why love is so special is b/c it makes us feel complete.(greater than just being fearless) Desirelessly uplifts us.

Opposite of self-pity stage(often confused), which results when the person unwillingly sacrfices himself. Ex. unreadily beginning the practice of giving instead of receiving.

May be it will help if we try to figure out what is hatred, sorrow, and pity.(love's opposite)

I'm not sure, to me, love is all-pervasive and ever present - one need only uplift the veil to see it is there. When we are tired of the mundanity of bliss, we can return to more logical pursuits.

Love is desire, like the eternal unending desire of the absolute for it's separated self - the feminine.

The feminine does not exist until she is created, even though what she is is made manifest out of the Absolute, this does not mean femininity exists in the absolute alone, it does not have meaning until seperate. Then we have love or compassion (companionship and passion) the need for others.

Then there is self-love too, which is a form of divine embodiment. We must love ourselves to really feel divine love. For we are one with it.

rambling again....

If we speak about the Absolute Consciousness, then it does "consist" of masculine & feminine. Though Consciousness itself of course is beyond any kind of duality.
