Hai I am born in a Nair family in Kerala where everyone is non-veg except me.....I donot have enough energy or stamina as other do......i do know that vegetarian food is more protein content than meat but when my mother ask for what i want i get totally blank to what to order for the lunch meals......do you guys have some vegetarian recepies for daily meals which are healthful? Please help me as i am growing thinner and thinner

Thanks saidevo, I know some usually made recepies such as aviyal, sambar etc...what i was talking about....a special thing ......when my family eat meat i would have something similar such as Paneer Masala or Gobi Manchu.
