This time of viṣuvat विषुवत्- sharing both sides equally , being in the middle , middlemost ; many use this word as equinox¹ . It is the balance point, a gap like sandhyā ¹.
It is also considered madhya मध्य as middle, central, middlemost , intermediate, central - and this is the best time for meditation.
Look to the gaps in the day, sandhyā, ( AM, mid-day and PM) during viṣuvat for the best times for sādhana.

I cannot inform you of what your sādhana should be , only the inward stroke of meditation (parivṛtya¹) will be well-supported during this period.

This idea (parivṛtti) is found in the Yogadarśana of Patañjali, the Chāndogya Upaniṣad , and the Parā-trīśikā Vivaraṇa of Abhinavagupta to name a few.
