Routines and Rituals

True that it is only of late that I have tried to stabilize myself on the Ultimate. Being away from spiritual rituals, prayers, and procedures for so long, I wish I were guided by you, on what are the procedures that I should strictly follow when I meditate, when I am alone, like which are the proper time to meditate- both at day and night, if there are any appropriate days, when to light the lamps, for how long should I keep it lighted, the appropriate time to read the scriptures , if there is anything wrong if I prefer meditating alone to going to shrines.. etc.

Each of the aspects discussed in the post are suitable portions to form a basis for my meditation, especially on the best of experiences at Brahma Sandhya.

Weaving together those notes, I pray I may be able to seek to turn to God………..
