Rahu and Ketu

hi there...I wonder if anybody replies on these message boards...

Just wanted to know what does it mean when you have Ketu in the 1st and Rahu in the 7th house- rasi chart,
but in Navamsha its the exact opposite, Rahu in the 1st and Ketu in the 7th??

also having Moon exalted in Cancer in the rasi shart but fallen in Scorpio in the Navamsha?

Bang opposites between rasi chart and Navamsha. Any opinions?

I hope others will address your questions. As of late my studies and practice takes me away from jyotiṣh for the near term. I have no plans of evaluating charts at this time, but hope others willing to exercise their knowledge will offer some insights.
