Q1.Can anyone contribute on what exactly is the dharm of women and their role in society.
Is it predecided or is there shastric pramaan on what clothes they should wear or what time they should come back home or if they cant talk with boys or if they should cover their heads during prayer or in front of others.
Some things such as women not being allowed to cook during their menstruation period i have read but i doubt many people follow that especially in north india.

Q2 One should not look at other womens wife but other women can look at other peoples husbands.Why does lord rama ask sita to enter into fire and even send her away from the kingdom later (or she herself leaves the kingdom).What dharma does it point out towards.

"Why does lord rama ask sita to enter into fire and even send her away from the kingdom later (or she herself leaves the kingdom).What dharma does it point out towards."Sita symbolizes the atma which is carried away from Divine Beloved by demonic qualities which rebel against the God. Devotion, symbolized by Hanuman Ji restores the atma which remained untouched by Ravan. Passing through the fire, sati is symbolic of surrender of the destructible elements and purification process.

And what is the end result of the drama?

Sita's interior tapas blazed more strongly than the fires of Lord Agni and thus She was not destroyed. This reflects Her inner purity. After enduring all this, She is abandoned by Her husband King.

This is the story of the soul which is made to wander in sansaar and endure trials and karmic evolution. The ideal wife is the goal of the atma, to remain always committed, always faithful, always surrendered to the will of the Divine Beloved. Sita is the Beloved Soul bride who is a fitting partner of the Divine and so represents the evolutionary union from Atma to Paramatma.

All these stories are powerfully symbolic and speak deep metaphoric truth. We are out of the Presence of our Divine Beloved and enduring the physical deterioration and suffering experiences meant to purify the soul. The goal is to keep inner fidelity, devotion and single-minded dedication as an expression of spiritual purity. To overcome our inner evil by waging heroic battles within. To be transformed and devoted only to Him.

And this is how the soul evolves.
