Finally .

A cat terrorized and harrassed mice in one area. The mice called a meeting.
The consensus was that a bell will be hung around the cat's neck, so it can be heard in advance and will give the mice time to escape. Everyone cheered. Then a very young mouse stood up. "Excuse me, folks, but ... who will bell the cat ?"
The meeting hall was back into silence.

Not any more.

"Oh, but who will bell the cat ?"

"Morari Bapu and associates. In fact , this bell is Tulasi Mala, Rudraksha that will transform the cat."

A Thousand PraNAms and all glories to him and to RAm KathA. May the Pakistani Govt. see sense and approve.

There are some restrictions in ramcharitmanas…
mati anuruupa katha maiin bhakhi, jadyapi prathama gupta kari rakhi.
tava mana priti dekhi adhikai, taba main raghupati katha sunayi.
yaha na kahia sathahi hathasilahi, jo mana lai na suna hari lilahi.
kahia na lobhihi krodhihi kamihi, jo na bhajai sachaachara svamihi.
dvija drohihi na sunaia kabahun , surapati sarisa hoi nripa jabahun .
rama katha ke tei adhikari, jinha kei satasangati ati pyari.
gura pada priti niti rata jei, dvija sevaka adhikari tei.
ta kaha yaha bisesha sukhadai, jahi pranapriya sriraghurai.

I have told you this narrative according to my own lights, although at first I kept
it secret. I saw excessive fondness for the same in your heart and then I narrated to you
the story of Rama (the Lord of the Raghus). This story, however, should not be
repeated to a perverse knave, who does not listen attentively to the story of sri Hari; nor
should it be recited to a greedy, irascible or lustful man who worship not the Lord of all
animate and inanimate creation. It should never be repeated to a brahma-hater, be he
a monarch as great as Indra (the lord of the celestials). They alone are qualified to hear
Rama.s narrative, who are extremely fond of communion with holy men. They alone
are fit to hear it, who are devoted to the feet of their preceptor, and are lovers of propriety
and votaries of the brahma. The story affords special delight to them who hold the
graceful Lord of the Raghus dear as life.

I suppose it is the new year that brings about this one sided echo of (Aman ki Asha)peace which every one is joining the bandwagon in India. so it is no surprise some off our Hindu leaders wants to join in. Morari Bapu is a great orator of Ramcharitra maanas and in his early days he used to concentrate on Ram katha but this days he includes filmy songs ,Urdu sairi and the likes, although harmless but one can easily loose the plot. What possible achievement he could have only time will tell, that is if he get an ok from Pakistan, what sort off audience would he have because no muslim would be there to listen to Ram katha, perhaps may be unfortunate 1% hindus that might be still there could benefit from his endeavor .
Otherwise I agree with kd ji which echoes what Lord Krishna says in BG 18.67
