I must share this very nice site I just discovered. Its still under construction but Shankaras comments to all major upanisads are already there. At least its good news for me as I have been looking for them for quite some time.

(for me it doesnt seem to work very well with Google chrome or firefox , but internet explorer works)

You can hear full text of the upanishads along with Sankara's commentary
in Tamil by swami Gauravananda in poornalayam.org

It is quite lucid and illuminative

Swami Paramarthananda has given discourses in english. U can read and download them free.
