What a great idea! I'm really happy to see something like this happen on a large scale. That is pretty much what I have been doing at my school, dispelling misconceptions about Hinduism. The two most common misconceptions seem to be the ones the article mentions: that Hinduism is polytheistic and that Hindus worship cows. A very simple way to teach Christians about the Hindu concept of God is to compare it to the Christian Trinity. There is one God, manifested in many forms. It's the same exact concept, just that Christians believe God is manifested in three forms, while Hindus believe in many more manifestations.
