Inspired by Krsna Das' Vaishnava Bhajans' thread, I thought I'd start threads on Shiva bhajans and Durga bhajans. I respectfully ask everyone who knows a bhajan in praise of Parvati, Durga, Ambika, Kali or any other forms of the Holy Mother to post them. I don't know any, except part of one that runs "Devi, Lakshmi, Sarasvati, ellarum ni Amman." (Devi, Lakshmi, Sarasvati, all are you, Amman [Mother]).

namaskar scottmalaysia .....

some of the famous bhajans of kali has already been posted by me as lyrics in this thread in HDF--shyama sangeet , devotional songs of kali .

there's a distinct class of bhajans in bengal which is sung only in sharat season(autumn) heralding the homecoming of the great mother ahead of the famous durga pujas . as it is related to agaman they are called agamani sangeet and depicts the sweets humanistic relationships betweeen uma and her mother menaka and father himalayas .
