The one site that I use daily is www.totalbhakti.com - you can find almost anything there - audio, video, etc. Perhaps not as exhaustive as YouTube, but worth a look.

Thank You, this website is unique in the sense it has a filtered collection of pravachans (lectures) and Indian TV broadcasts, from most "popular" (for lack of a better word) Gurus.

The bhajans and aartis on this site are similar to bhaktisangeet.com in my first (chaotic) post - #4. It is back up now, was taken down for almost 2 years.
