It seems silly to get upset about the gods remark. I only dislike if someone intentionally rubbishes my God but even then it isn't my place to get aggrivated.

Namaste,

I agree, it's not that big of a deal. I'm sure the editor wasn't trying to bash or put down Hinduism when she said that. She was probably just saying it in a joking manner. I don't really see a problem with that at all, but I can see how some Hindus would.

I'm with you on this Ramakrishna, I don't think she was trying to bash Hinduism and I don't think she meant any offence by it. I can see why some may get upset about it, but I don't find it deliberately inflammatory myself.
