Anyone ever been to Vishwa Dharma Mandalam. It's a Hindu center in the east village in New York city.

I'm thinking of vistiting. Thoughts opions about the place (or people).

Vannakkam Rudy: Looks like a nice place by their site. I have been to the Flushing Ganesha temple, but not to this one. Please let us know how your visit went after you go.

I'll be sure to tell how it was. I'm a tad nervous, but I'm glad to have the chance to go (we don't have... any Hindu organizations where I live so for the most part I just read, and read). :)

Vannakkam Rudy: There is no need to be nervous, but that's easier said than done, no? You could try the one in Queens I mentioned too. I guess the basement canteen is excellent. When I went there (probably around 1984) there was no canteen. Apparently the temple has expanded as well.

Have fun!
