why our Mother Universe is called "Wide Eye" ? this is mean see know everythings ? or there is have another meaning ?

Yes, in a broad sense, this would be the meaning; Maa's Divine Eye is all-encompassing... there is no place, no loka that is hidden from Her perception. I would like also to mention here that although there is an abundance of this idea throughout the world, in many instances the emphasis is on the inability of the jiva to conceal paap (or in Western conception sin)- however, I have been instructed in such a manner, that it is most importantly Maa's Divine love and compassion that know no boundaries... just as Maa Durga is "She who not even Lord Shiva can reach", the converse is true- there is nowhere that She is not already..
Understanding will increase if one asks for Maa's blessing in knowing the truth of the Third Eye Opening, of Her aspect Vishalakshi, and for Her help in seeing within the self where fear and pride cloud vision ;)
