Hello.

What are Vaishnava Dharma, Shaiva Dharma, Shakta Dharma, and Hare Krishna?

I think these are ways to worship God? How do I pick which is best for me? Do I have to pick? What is the purpose? Is there any overview?

I am inclined towards Krishna because of the Gita.

I understand this is most likely a very broad question but I am at a loss.

Thank you for your time and If I need to clarify something please let me know.

Sincerely,

A Westerner brought up as a Roman Catholic who transitioned to Hinduism around a year ago.

Thank you very much for the link. It is now bookmarked. I know which sect I am going to look more into for the time being.
