Namasté, all,
Yajvan has taught in other posts - posts I can't seem to locate right now - that the Devas' revelation, the seers' visions, and the sounds' sanctity are properly respected by citing devatā, ṛṣi, and chandas for all Vedic verse.
Devatā is given in nearly all translations, and ṛṣi is sometimes given, but chandas is difficult to locate. Mind, I own no text translations of Veda and am relying solely on the Internet...Is there any source online that provides this information for the different hymns? Or will I need to look into book purchases?
(Also, if anyone can tell me the chandas for RV X.54, it would be a big help in the here and now... :o )
