Vannakkam Shian: Not that I really take notice, but I can't remember seeing any Ganesha temple without mushika out in front somewhere. Even most shrines have him there. At our temple, he's (Mushika) worshipped in a part of the regular puja.

Our temple is intalling a huge brass mushika on a pedestal. I presume it will be placed in front of the Ganesha sanctum, which doesn't take up much more of a footprint than the mushika pedestal does.

As a side note they are installing a huge brass Nandi, peacock and Adi Shesha. I presume they will also be installed in front of their deities' sanctums.

Here some detaled information on this temple.

I became a Hindu at 8 years of age. It was my first and only faith. The first One who welcomed me was Ganapati. He was the first I saw. Because of Him, you have to put up with me today.

Jai Lord Ganapati. My First Tirtha into Hinduism.

I am in the US. I have only a few personal pictures of inside the temple; taking photos and videos are forbidden. I got them on the sneak with my phone camera.

The first sanctum, with the copper roof (which I imagine will get a green patina over time) is Sri Guruvayurappan during the 108 Kalash Abhishekam; to the left and back is Sri Rama Parivar; to the right of Sri Guruvayurappan, but not visible is Sri Radha-Krishna; the smaller one to the right is Sri Devi, then Balaji/Venkateshwara (the guy in the blue shirt is standing between them); then Sri Satyanarayana Swamy.

Sri Andal (Bhudevi) is between Balaji and Satyanarayana Swami but is not visible. It is the same size as Sri Devi's (Mahalakshmi). Sri Devi's and Bhudevi's have small steps in the front.

Back to Sri Guruvayurappan; in the last pic are Ambika's (r.) and Lord Shiva's (l.) sanctums. To the left and slightly behind (not visible) is Sri Ganapati. These pics were taken before the brass vahanas were installed.

thank you Jainarayan Ji,

beautiful temple :)
i hope Indonesia will have more India style of Hindu Temple

but nowday, ancient style of Hindu temple ( Balinese or Javanese Pura ) also already make me feel grateful, its no problem :)

then i hope , in next day not only much temple
but also charcater building, and peace

because as i see in history, when a religion become big, there is also BIG internal fighting and will may peoples use religion in their own lust, anger, haterd etc...
