How to direct positive vibration of Mahamrityunjaya mantra to an ill person?

My uncle has died recently and I regret not being able to know how to project the energy of Mahamrityunjaya mantra chants to him. I have been chanting this mantra having listened it on youtube. I am always discovering a better way of pronouncing this mantra. I havr heard 21 Brahmins chanting this mantra on youtube and I followed them. I play the chanting of the 21 brahmins of this mantra in my bluetooth speaker and I chant along. I have found it very good for me.


Please, tell me the easiest possible way to direct the energy of chanting to a person who is sick so that I can benefit people when it is necessary.

Also, please tell me whether I can do that for animals like cows when they are sick.
