Commentary by a not sectarian guru
Namaste.
I already know that Bhagavad Gita is a vaishnava text but I'd like to read it with commentary by a not sectarian guru.
My question is if the commentary by Swami Sivananda(the founder of "Divine Life Society") is what I am looking for.

Since you are from beautiful Italy I recommend the Italian Bhagavad Gita by Raphael. He definitely is non-sectarian, he is an Advaitin, living as a hermit near Rome. Raphael is a synonym.
Seems the Italian website is not maintained, but it gives an overview about his works. If you need any information contact me, I know his translator from Italian to German.

Namaskar.
Many years ago my mother bought Bhagavad Gita with Raphael's commentary,I read the book years ago, unluckily lost the book.
A friend of my mother and her husband used to visit Raphael sometimes...the great born self-realized advaitin died in the 2019.

This is just a rhetorical question … if you know the Bhagavad Gita by Raphael, why are you looking for another one? Esp. Swami Shivananda has become a Guru for the masses he is merchandized like a product - nobody knows who wrote 'his' books.
With Raphael you can be sure to read words of a real self-realized.
