mean to say there is a book with translation and I am sure will be in some library somewhere in this country good luck. sarva darshana samgraha translation is available on the net and has some facts about the system. oblation of laughter is something I found curious.

Ah yes,even I am searching for the pashupata sutras.There is a document on scribd called The Sutrapath Of The Pasupata Sutras containing a transliteration,but thats the best I have found.
