The version you have linked to is a good version IMO. The translations arw very easy to understand and the introductions & commentaries are quite good as well

It's hard to recommend a good translation because most translations are frankly atrocious. They are often limited by the author's lack of understanding of the culture, or by deliberate attempts to downplay ideas that are contradictory to one's own pre-conceived ideas. If you really want an authentic understanding of the Upanishads, the best thing would be to seek out a guru. Failing that, you may want to start with some of the more explanatory texts like Vedanta-sutras, bhagavad-gita, etc.

I have come across this translation of all the ten principal Upanishads on the net (not from max mullerian translators) -

It looks good and I will recommend you to read it.

Gospel of SRK and Talks with BRM constitute Upanishads

    Namaste

Upanishads are a mixture of sand and sugar. Only realized Sages can expound them appropriately. Otherwise, one may end up getting muddled up.

Essence of all upanishads are understood aright from Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna and Talks with Bhagawan Ramana Maharshi.

I would recommend this by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan for the ten principal upanishads.

Robert E Hume's version of 13 major ones is more accurate than most:
