Is there any software for Hindu scriptures?

    Namaste,

Could anyone suggest anything similar to MacSword (which is for Bible-study) dealing with Hindu scriptures?

Preferably for Mac OSX platform

    Haribol!

I am interested in this also. What's MacSword? Is it for Mac (I have Winxp) We should have Bhagavad-gita as it is, like this Bible. About time.

Let me know all the details, please about the Software. Is it Free? Do you have it and can lend me it?

    Hare Krishna. !

Ps. Can you do Bhagavad-gita as it is? Like Bible?

    By A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada?

I work with krishna.com I can let them know you want to do it.

    Oh i see.

Hows this: http://www.krishnamedia.org/ebooks/Bg.zip -Bhagavad-gita Software? It's better then Sword project
Or the Morning Program - http://www.krishnamedia.org/ebooks/Morning.zip

I'm not sure how they created Sword, they must have used a devolopment Program.

Well i have Gita in Swami Prabhupada's interpretation (though i prefer more traditional commentaries, above all Kaula). Thank U anyway

What i am interested in is application that has sanskrit originals of Shastras, several translations, then any commentaries, dictionares, indexes etc. Which will run on Mac

Oh ok. I only ever read Swami Prabhupada's translation (first Translation I ever did read) it's more then enough for my fickle mind.

    Yo there,
    no developers among hindus?

There are many texts available on www — at least in sanskrit. What is needed is to make them into required format to add to same MacSword for example. It's opensource, right...
