1.Your statement on Vishnu is created being and will be destroyed is not an authentic source because..those will contradict with authentic and universally accepted upanishads (where Vishnu's paramam padam is stated as ever existent) and also these were never used as poorva paksha by Yamuna,Ramanuja(10th,11th Century acharya respectively) and his disciples.
If you don't want to look at common logic..and just try to iterate some sources as authentic..then go ahead.
2. Vishnu stated as one among trintiy and said to be took birth in some authentic soucres..and this view has been answered by samanvaya by purvacharyas.
3. The statements you have quoted from Mahopanishad are not authentic since they were never quoted by the above said acharyas while refuting purva paksha..that means they didn't know these at that time and should be later fabrications.
4. SriKantha was not a universally accepted historical figure as the other thri mathacharyas..if you don't know this fact..I can not do anything...please first do some reasearch on history.
5. Last point is if you don't believe prasthana trayi as the ultimate source on jnana related matters..then let us stop our discussions here..because we don't have common platform to discuss.
