The accuracy offered in this paper ( IMHO ) is limited... how so? It suggests ketu being 'worldly' - that is not accurate. Ketu is the kāraka of mokṣa which is the furthest from the world, as ketu has no head.
The author suggest that ketu is more aligned to Thursday's owned by jupiter. I can see this due to the ~guru~ connection, yet the wise tell us ketu is aligned with mars and therefore Tuesdays. I stopped reading the article ( with any level of seriousness) after I read this analysis from the author.
I ask others that align to jyotir vijñāna or vedic astrology to see what they think and comment accordingly. Mis-information causes mischief and it is my opinion this article will accomplish this.
I am of the opinion that the knowledgable student look to the works of varāhamihira-ji (or varāha mihirācharya) and his bṛhaj jātakaṁ (some write bṛhatjātakaṁ ) , brihat-parāśara-horā-śāstra by mahārishi parāśar and others of this quality for proper insights and guidence.

Yajvan, this is not a paper, it's a book. The author even offer nice insights regarding relatively new prejudices regarding the interpretation of the nodes.
Look at the summary that you can see it's a worthy read.

- ketu as worldly - incorrect; ketu wishes to get away from the world
- ketu assigned to Thusday, which is owned by guru, incorrect
- ketu brings one into life based upon past karma - incorrect , this is done by rāhu
- material prosperity - incorrect ; this is the binding influence offered by rāhu
- more upon request
