Reincarnation
BG: 8.6-Whatever state of being one remembers when he quits his body, that state he will attain without fail.
9.25- Those who worship the demigods will take birth among the demigods; those who worship the ancestors go to the ancestors; those who worship ghosts and spirits will take birth among such beings; and those who worship Me will live with Me.
Namaste All,
When it comes to our next life, does one "Final Thoughts" or "State of mind" determine the next life, or is it a persons belief system or how they lived their life?
In hinduism is there a concept of an Intermediate state such as Bardo in Buddhism?
Or do our immediate thoughts during the dying process really shape what body we will be in next, regardless of how we lived our life, and who we worship etc.
I've read something like this in a few of the other threads here.
What will become of those who died unconsiously, unaware, or sudden and helpless from seeing death coming?
For those who believe, no explanation is necessary. For those who do not, none will suffice. ~Joseph Dunninger
