Shubha ekadasa sthana phala ( 11th House )

Sri Matre Namaha.

During the Sankalpa for a pooja, the Priest wishes as follows.

" Adityadi Navanam Grahanam atyanta anukulya phalaavapyartham, Shubha Ekadasa Sthana Phalaapyartham...................."

Does it mean planets placed in 11th house prove benificial?
Practically it doesn't happen, so what does the Sankalpa refer to?

Can anyone explain this please?

I'm not sure about the vedic versus your are referring. In general planets in 11th house indicate wealth of a person. Having 3 or more planets in 11th house is one of key indicators of wealth of a person though this is not only one indicating wealth. Similar logic applies to 2nd house as well.
