what kinds of things can you still do while physically ill

When you are physically ill (food poisoning, cold, flu, fever, etc) is it recommended to not do any kind of worship or should i just do mantras and prayers? I know that puja is out of the question. Is there a certain length of time that puja is not allowed?
Should i do any kind of worship or should i take the time to rest?

I think in Hinduism have no specific length of time to finite. For myself, I would do simple mantras and take the time to rest. I had ever a cold and I was hardly moved myself for a week. I did pray simple mantras and I take a rest. Until I am clear from sick and I back to do normal puja again
