namasté and hello mr.jyotish
It is our custom here on HDF to begin a post with some salutation... some hello, some well wishing to begin the conversation. We are in hopes that you consider and apply this simple custom.
A few things need to be considered regarding your inquiry:
1. Perhaps this 6th house is a movable house; If so it could be the 6th from scorpio (vṛścika) and therefore aries (meṣa).
2. If it is the 6th and this house (meṣa) then it is also ruled by the lagna lord maṅgala ( mars)
3. Who is the kāraka of the 6th ? Maṅgala, for enemies, accidents, cuts, etc; śani for illnesses, yet is also the kāraka for service.
4. What does the 6th indicate ? Among other things, enemies, debts, dis-ease, worries, dis-appointments; We know too of the 6
natural afflictions (ṣaḍ-ripu) falling on humanity. This 6th is a upacaya¹ but most know it as pāpa¹.
5. So, the question , where is this 6th lord and lagna lord residing...and by chance is this graha the atma-kārakā ?
6. And, where is the ārūḍha lagna positioned ?
Yet to address your question, I think it would be well served to consider sārāvalī-ji, his work kalyāṇa varma, chapter 17 which outlines the various graha collection/grouping that may occur in each sign.
But why do I mention points one to six above ? Because according to sārāvalī-ji, the native with 4 graha-s in one sign ( among other
things) will be devoid of enemies, yet the 6th is the home of enemies.
So, the analysis has to continue (IMHO) to address the 6 points/questions aforementioned.
I myself would prefer malifics in the 6th.
iti śivaṁ
words
- upacaya - accumulation , quantity , heap , elevation, etc. it grows over time.
- pāpa -boding evil , inauspicious

Why do I ask such a question ? We are taught that if the 6th lord is strong and friendly to the lagna lord ( we call lagnadhīpati¹) its propitiation ends this enmity and uplifts the heart ( emotional condition of the native).
So, if the 6th house is meṣa and the lagna = scorpio (vṛścika) then mars is the owner and friendly to this house as the lords of both are one and the same. Now if mars is strong (exalted) or has directional strength we can expect good results.
iti śivaṁ
- lagnadhīpati
- lagna = ascendant
- dhī has several definitions like intellect, intelligence, but also means 'to contain or hold'
- pati = lord
