Past life Karmas

Hi

How can we know our past life karmas.Is it from 8th house?I have heard that if a planet is situated in 8th house,they would hav got curses due to their bad behaviour in past birth.

For example,presence of jupiter in 8th house means curse from gurus/saints, if it is shukra,it indicates sthiri dosham( curse due to female)

Can anyone advise if this is true and remedies available.

infact, our birth chart in total is an indication of our past life.

but, what you say about some planets in 8th house is also true if the 8th house happens to be the neecha house of the planet present in it. There are several ways to look in the chart for curses and doshas.

One good example would be presence of Mars in Cancer Rasi and in Aslesha Nakshatra.

Mars is debilitated in Aslesha Nakshatra which falls in Cancer Rashi.
So, what Curse does this indicate? You shall not find it in books, but I can assure you that it is one of the worst cases of a Sarpa / Naga dosha or a curse.

The Adhi Devetas for Aslesha Nakshatra are Nagas. Presence of this sort of yoga in general needs a strong remedy for Naga dosha nivarana, if not there is a very high chance of the native developing criminal tendencies and what not, all bad things one can expect.

But what then of a future life ? One can cast a chart at the moment of death. From that chart (called puṇya� cakra) it indicates what is one's next stop or if one has completed coming back to this earth. We look to some of the important houses at the time of death:
the 6th, 7th, 8th, 12th and 1st houses are key indicators for reviewing death conditions and the next birth.

Why mention this ? This now becomes one's ~ past life~ and germane to the original post.

Can the disposition at Sashtyamsa be taken as a clue to indicate where a person has erred? For example, Mars in 'Bhrastha' sashtyamsa or 'Kulagna' sashtyamsa to indicate that someone has had anger issues, say violence-related, etc?

We note that the 6th house in the puṇya cakra chart indicates the 6 ripu-s sometimes known as the saḍ-doṣa-s the 6 faults , vice , deficiency as it is rooted in ( √ ) duṣ meaning commit a fault , or become corrupted :

• kāma - longing, some say excessive desire
• krodha - anger , wrath , passion ( one of the thirteen daughters of dakṣa )
• lobha - covetousness or greed; the desire to aquire ( a son of dambha and māyā)
• moha - delusion; to fall into error ; darkness or delusion of mind
• mada - this has a few definitions:
  • it is pride and arrogance when we spell it as madā ;
  • it is wantonness or lust when we spell it as mada
  • it is any exhilarating or intoxicating drink , spirituous liquor , wine
  • Yet too this word can also mean 'rapture' , and a beautiful object
• mātsarya - jealousy, envy

Tell me which graha aligns with each... when one of these are in the 6th house, that was the person's weakness.These 6 are weakness vs. ~sin~.

The 8th house we find the ~ sins~.
The 12th indicates the next life time or loka one may be deposited in. I am taught that if the 10th lord occupies the 12th in the puṇya cakra than that person's work ( indicative of the 10th house) offers liberation after death. There is no way of confirming this , so I go with what I have been taught. If this notion is correct then the 7th house should be empty. Recall this HDF post on the 7th house:

What if one of the graha is atmakara and owns 8th house?
