    Odd Reincarnation Question

    Namaste.

If the cycle of death/rebirth is to be believed, then surely all souls [that existed for eternity] were born at one point, on one set of planets?
The theory that we could be born at other random points when the correct moment fructifies would bind us to karma. This wouldn't make sense, because without our first birth we have no karma that is attached to the material world. So we must have been born all at once on several planets, or in waves with similar base conditions? Secondly since we are in the Kal Yuga, and we have no idea which one, due to the constant creation and dissolution of the cosmos, is it not also fair to assume that everything else being equal [unless we chose to be born again, or came back to fulfill a certain specific purpose] we took longer than other souls to reach this point since we are STILL here. Even the point of reference that we were all here in the other time cycles is hard to ascertain due to the amount of factors that come into play.

    What is your opinion?

Very difficult question to even try and contemplate an answer.

Your premise is assuming all Souls take human birth only and are influenced by a particular set of circumstantial variables.

Karma is about the laws of causality and that law is universal. When the universe is born at the start of whatever Yuga it is, Karma starts also and Souls are born into that Karma.

It's something we 'interact with' as a force of nature. How we divert the flow of that force - for constructive or destructive ends, gets written down in our Akashic Record.

There must have been a few men 'created' (for lack of a better word) really close to pure beings, but they still had that Karma - maybe they were angels who sinned against God and were given human birth?...something like that.

There are also many different planes of existence as well as different places in the universe. Demons, Demigods and beings of all kinds inhabit them.

So, it is also entirely possible that a Soul or even a few Souls in heaven or hell or many of the other Astral Planes have been given human birth by the grace of God.

That's all I know about this.

    Re: Odd Reincarnation Question

I like the topic of reincarnation, any thread on this subject I would read with interest - however, as much as I tried, I was unable to get Icy's question I would really love a clarification on the question.

    Re: Odd Reincarnation Question

There is no starting point. As it means there was nothing before that. Which again contradicts the eternity and timeless principles.

It is a cycle which has no end and no start.

This is very difficult to comprehend as we are not trained to imagine infinity and timelessness.

Once we overcome this part, other parts become obvious.
    Love and best wishes:hug:
