This morning when I woke up, the Maha mantra was running thru my head over and over. It felt good to realise that the first thing I thought about when I woke up was Lord Krishna. It makes me feel better throughout the day so far. I hope this becomes a regular occurrence.

Yes, what a joy that must be to be moving closer to the Lord. Many traditions will also tell you to recite your mantra (Guru Mantra and this mantra if you like) at noon and at midnight and as you fall to asleep with it in mind. Waking with it is an incredible gift. Please make an effort to follow the above guidelines as they have been beneficial to many, myself included. When the mantra is ALWAYS on your mind .....
