Question on the Creator and the creation

Is the Creator a being?
What is the reason behind this creation?
Does Samsara has a beginning?
Will Samsara end?
After a sentient being attain moksha and the atman unite with the origin, what is the assurance that Brahman won’t repeat the act of throwing out its sparks all over again?


Will appreciate any explanation and quote from Hindu scriptures if possible.

It would be helpful for you to gain at least a working knowledge of the religion before blaming brahman for sparking out this and that and demanding assurances.
