A part of HDF's guide lines¹ (excerpt shown below) is a reasonable request/requirement to define your terms in your posts. Over the last several months I have taken the time to contact individual HDF authors on this matter.
I must say I have had limited success with this one-to-one communication.

Be mindful that if you are not defining your terms you are talking to a limited audience, perhaps even yourself. We prefer to be communicating more effectively to our HDF community. So, I am now asking (again) that you take the initiative to define your words ( or concepts) that are not used in every day communication.
If you choose not to do this I will respect your choice and ask you to respect mine of having your post deleted.

Define your terms - if Sanskrit is offered, or Latin, or other language, provide the English rendition, and maybe root words of its origin, this is for learning purposes.
That is why you see many posts that have definitions of words attached, embedded to the postings. This is the reason we started the lexicon. We cannot communicate if we do not know the words. Plus it is a relevant learning vehicle for new words.
    • Note too that you run the risk of having your post deleted if you do not define your terms...
