    Re: Your plan to honor Devi?

    We can chant anything we want according to the celebration days. But dont leave our usual daily mantra. For example if you chant Om Namah Shivaya everyday, so dont stop even 1 days. Even if now is navaratri and you chant devi stotram. Because everyday practice show our love to our Istadevata. And that is our practice forever and the benefit is keep increasing.

    OM. VAJRA. VISHNUYA. SVAHA
    OM. VAJRA. GARUDA. CALE CALE. HUM PHAT

    OM. AMOGHA VAIROCANA. MAHA-MUDRA. MANI PADMA JVALA PRAVARTTAYA. HUM

    Om Saha Nau-Avatu |
    Saha Nau Bhunaktu |
    Saha Viiryam Karava-Avahai |
    Tejasvi Nau-Adhii-Tam-Astu Maa Vidviss-Aavahai |
    Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih ||

    Thanks for this, Shian! I'll make sure I do not stop my daily prarthana but incorporate devi worship into it. Good time you posted it!

    Anirudh ji: Very interesting account, wish you happy Navaratri and happy Sundarakanda recital!

    JMD ji: Wish you a wonderful (plans undisclosed ) Navaratri!

    I'll be water fasting for nine days and I'll meditate.
