    India rejects US 'freedoms' report

    Namaskāra everyone,

This is something that Rajivji Malhotra has been writing about in recent years. Foreign countries denigrating "freedom rights" record of India, when in fact, India is being beset by the FOIL nexus of Communist, Muslims, and Christians with the intent to divide and destroy.

I would love to hear everyone's input on this, as I am familiar with Rajivji's articles on his Infinity Foundation web site.

    Dear DA,

Is it not irony that if India is so intolerant to Muslims then how Muslim population has gone up so steeply in India ? ... and how in Pakistan, Hindu population has gone down drastically over the years and now they are almost facing extinction in Pakistan ?

Vannakkm Deaf Ancient: I'm with Malhotra. The western press, both British and American have had a longstanding anti-India bias, stemming from the anti-Hindu bias held by many Abrahamic journalists. Anybody with enough brains can read between the lines, causing much distrust for the downright ignorant views.

    Namaste Ji,

    There's a fairly old truism:
“Just as much as we see in others we have in ourselves.”
    –William Hazlitt
The West, particularly the US, is notorious for criticizing other nations and cultures when they should be cleaning up their own backyards.

Sometimes I'm really embarrassed by my country.

I can give the example of West Bengal, the reason for the increase of Muslim population is the invasion of Bangladeshi Muslims illegal aliens. Much like the U.S. has an issue with the U.S. - Mexican border and illegal aliens coming over, as well as for that matter Islamic terrorists.

In fact, India and America are (and will be, mark my words) natural allies because both are targets of the Islamic extremists. Also, both India and America face an internal issue of agitators from the left-wing, socialists and communists who are acttally sympathizers who excuse the Islamic terrorists at every venue because these leftists hate their own countries (be it India or America) and blame their own personal problems and grievances on their own nation(s) and propagandize false narratives, in the example of attacking Modi because their worship of socialism and communism is more important than Hinduism. And those in America who attack Modi for example, they are all leftists, extremists who hate America who are "professors" in universities of America and call Modi every name and claim every crime immaginable against him. These leftists in no way reflect the true feelings of the majority of America which has great interest and respect for India and like Modi. No matter how hard the leftwing will try to divide India and America, neither are blind to the real threat which is Islamic extremists and we are together in our unified victory to come over this threat.

I agree with your statements about the US and India being well matched allies, facing many of the same threats and sharing many of the same challenges. I cannot speak to the actual politics and/or professions of those who speak against good leaders who would see the end of political and corporate corruption such as PM. Modi, though I agree they're usually hideously misinformed and spread potentially harmful misinformation.

But I disagree with your statements on the political bent of those who are causing divisiveness in the US, they sadly strike me as fairly common political rhetoric among the far right-wing leaning factions in this country, and are potentially equally harmful. It is true that this country is becoming more deeply divided, particularly in the Senate, than at any point since the civil war -as these two studies illustrate - but my observation is that there is no one party at fault here. Both parties are badly failing the People and this Country, and they are distracting most of us by feeding us political talking points and increasingly divisive and hateful speech to throw at each other so we don't see what's happening and turn back on them. The far left and the far right are equally to blame here. Those few left who are not so polarized and wish to find a way to work together towards the future where our Country can be a great place for all people to try and get ahead equally once again, are left watching this and feeling more and more helpless to do anything to stem the increasing hate speech and vitriol being flung back and forth faster than you can blink. I see some of that bile and blame in your words. I love my country, even if I am sometimes embarrassed by the actions some of my countrymen and women make, and it's this very kind of speech from either side that encourages me to despair for the future, particularly when respected and intelligent people like yourself start falling into 'party lines'.

    ~Pranam

Side Note: Apologies, I don't personally think I'm a leftist but some might disagree as I do have some liberal and socialist leanings. And apparently I am abounding in emotion today while also lacking in focus. Perhaps I shouldn't have replied. But yeah, it's something I feel more strongly about than I think I realized.
