Can anyone please let me know the Puja Vidhi and Muhurat for Diwali 2015?

Thankyou Believerji. http://www.rudraksha-ratna.com/diwali-festival.html says that any time is ok. there is no wrong or right time. Then why we are supposed to follow the Puja Muhurat's?
