    Change is the constant?

No WELL with its resident mandook ever served thirsty humans? Who and for whom were the WELLs created...?? ;-)

    Namaste All

I think a good Saturn gives punctuality as Saturn rules discipline as well as Time (Kaala). Saturn also rules all kinds of fears, like anxiety which again drives a person to maintain punctuality rather than risk the consequences.

A bad Jupiter could give a person too much and irrational optimism and a carefree nature, which could make one unpunctual.

In agreement, broadly, but Saturn is also attributed with laziness, slowness (in the guise of thoroughness and obsessive quest of perfection) and since this is generally predominant trait described for Manda, its "goodness" perhaps requires additional fortification during astro-deliberation...?

Yes. In astrology , there are rules to exceptions and exceptions to rules Thus we find all planets have good as well as bad traits which operate according to the strengths and rulerships.

not a derogatory term, but be-fitting individual perceptions and ?experiences? :-)

Accepted . But I think so may interpretations and intrapolations have taken place in the scriptures , so much so , what is going on in the name of Parashara , could be additions and deletions of the` original version.,
