    Arudhra Darshan

Today happens to be "Arudhra Dharshan" day. In my native place "Thiruvarur", Lord Thiagaraja gives Dharshan of "Vama Padha" to the devotees. HE shows "Rudra Patha" on Panguni Uthram day. I pray Lord Shiva for peace and prosperity of the entire universe.

    Namaste RVR ji,

Thanks for sharing information Ardra Darshanotsava.
Lord Thyagaraja Swamy and Sri Neelotpalambika Devi are always covered in alankaram.I remember reading somewhere that we get only Paada Darshana of Siva Peruman and Mahadevi on the days you mentioned. Is there any reason behind full alankara covering throughout the year?
